They reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest in whole or in part, for any cause or circumstance, including in the event that an event beyond their control corrupts or affects the administration, security, impartiality, or proper conduct of the contest, such as a virus, computer bug, or unauthorized human intervention.
10.4.3 By entering this contest, the winners authorize the group members to broadcast, publish, and otherwise use their name, photograph, image, statement regarding the contest or any prize, place of residence, and/or voice for advertising purposes, without any form of compensation. By entering this contest or attempting to do so, each participant and/or purported participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless, forever, the group members as well as their directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents, or other representatives (collectively, the “indemnified parties”) from any and all claims, actions, damages, demands, causes of action, lawsuits, debts, duties, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, liabilities, or obligations of any nature whatsoever arising from or related to participation in the contest or attempted participation, compliance or non-compliance with these contest rules, or acceptance and use of a prize. The indemnified parties shall not be held responsible for lost, incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, or for any failure of the contest website during the contest period, or for any technical malfunction or other problems with telephone lines or networks, online computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software, or for any other problems or technical issues or Internet congestion or on any website, or any combination thereof, and shall not be held responsible for any injury or damage to any person or property arising from or related to participation or attempted participation in the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt occur, the sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies or damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. No communication or correspondence related to the contest will be exchanged with participants, except with participants selected as potential prize winners.
